Zach led and built Mission Critical procurement programs at NTT, Microsoft, and Insight Sourcing Group. As a partner with Decennial Group and the leader of Empirix Partners, he is excited to bring world-class strategic sourcing and procurement advisory to the Mission Critical industry as we navigate growing demand and new headwinds.

Scott Hagood

Vice President

Scott brings vast experience in the Mission Critical Supply Chain environment to our Client Delivery team. He most recently led Construction Services and Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) category management for NTT Global Data Centers. Prior to that, Scott obtained substantial experience in sourcing, procurement, and business operations while working for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company.

With comprehensive supply chain, operations, and finance experience in large-scale manufacturing, Ethan leads the team's internal operations and team performance. Prior to Empirix, Ethan led a consumer electronics venture where he launched multiple million-dollar products while rebuilding a global supply chain during the pandemic.
